An online auction site has banned the sale of magic potions.

eBay has also prohibited people selling blessings and magic spells as well as psychic readings and healing sessions as part of new rules.

The rule tweaks will also see sellers charged a fee for ending an auction earlier than planned, while hexes and spells are also on the list of banned items.

eBay revealed it has made the decisions in an attempt to bring trust to the marketplace.
