Brooke Shields' one-year-old daughter Rowan is having a lot of fun backstage of Broadway show Wonderful Town - because she's learning all of her mother's dance steps.
Shields took over from Donna Murphy on the New York stage production on Tuesday, and she's been thrilled to see how quickly her child with writer husband Chris Henchy has adapted to her new environment.
She says: "Rowan is fascinated by the lights. She's backstage a lot. We taught her how to do the snaps, the whole number with snapping.
"Now the chorus girls do the snaps with her, and she gets in the middle of them and snaps. This is the stuff you dream about."
While 39-year-old Shields, who started modelling at the age of 11 months, is thrilled to give her daughter a taste of Broadway, she's adamant she won't be pushing her into a showbiz career.
