Tobosa is all set to bid for Pattern-race success following a bloodless win at Doncaster last week.

William Jarvis’s charge is being targeted at the Group Three Joel Stakes over a mile at Newmarket next month after being withdrawn from the totesport Cambridgeshire at the latest forfeit stage.

“I was thrilled to see him win so impressively at Doncaster and it was mission accomplished as we wanted to get a nice confidence booster into him,” the trainer told his official website, www.williamjarvis.com.

“He has come out of his race really well and we are now thinking about the possibility of running him in the Joel Stakes.”
