All of the Cork forwards have scored from play as they lead Kerry 1-9 to 0-1 at half time in the Munster SHC clash at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Ben O'Connor struck the crucial goal after 28 minutes, racing through for a one-on-one with Kerry goalkeeper Tadhg Flynn. O'Connor had earlier missed a goal chance on 3 minutes, seeing Flynn pull off a brave stick save on his line.
Championship newcomer Jonathan O'Callaghan has pointed twice for the Rebels, with Joe Deane striking three points. Kerry's only point came from the hurl of Shane Brick, with the biggest cheer of the half reserved for the entrance of former All-star Brian Corcoran onto the field for Cork after 32 minutes.
