Bruce Willis is making a return to the pop world.
Willis made two albums for Motown Records in the 1980s.
He has now started his own label called Uptop Music.
Willis's first project is to release an album by Ivan Neville, the son of Aaron Neville.
"I've known Ivan a long time and love that family," Willis told www.latimes.com.
"I want to use some of the clamour about me being an alleged big-shot movie star to shine some of the spotlight on Ivan."
Willis and his band the Accelerators will also team up for a series of club dates around America before the album's release, planned for January 14.
