Gardai are investigating a raid on a Dublin pub last night.

Gardai are investigating a raid on a Dublin pub last night.

A lone raider escaped with a substantial amount of cash after he confronted staff while they were lodging money in the Finglas pub’s nightsafe.

The man was armed with a handgun when he entered the pub at around 12.30am today.

He is believed to have escaped with about £20,000.
