There are a million artistic ways of expressing yourself these days but here is one that will get you fit at the same time.
Stephen Lund is a Canadian cyclist who creates artwork through his GPS tracker and his bicycle.
The cyclist decided to get creative with his workout routines following certain paths that drew out certain objects, shapes and things.
Soon it became a main hobby of his and the work got bigger and better.
