Shearer comes back for Magpies
Newcastle skipper Alan Shearer returns to the squad for tomorrow’s match against Manchester City at St James’ Park after serving a one-match suspension.
Defender Titus Bramble is included after playing 90 minutes for the reserves in midweek following a long-standing hamstring problem while Andy O’Brien, who missed the 2-2 draw with West Ham due to a back muscle injury, remains a doubt.
Bobby Robson has major worries over full-back Andy Griffin, who hurt his elbow in training yesterday and will undergo a late fitness test tomorrow.
