US woman bids to be fattest bride in history
A US woman is trying to eat her way to become the fattest bride in history.
Susanne Eman has not been proposed to by her boyfriend, Peter Clack, but is determined she will be the fattest bride in history, and has already picked out a dress.
She said: "When I tried the dress on, it was amazing. I felt like a bride. Parker hasn't seen me in it, but he's seen photos and says I look beautiful. He hasn't formally proposed with a ring yet, as he wants to surprise me. But we've agreed we're getting married, and he's just waiting for the right moment."
Although she is hoping to weigh over 1,600 pounds and be the fattest woman in the world when she does get married, Susanne has a long way to go, as she only weighs 520 pounds at present, despite deliberately overeating, indulging in food like cakes, pasta, pizza, chips, unhealthy snacks and fast food as much as possible.
Dressmaker Judee Goff, who made the 9XL dress Susanna is hoping to get married in, said: "We've never made a dress like this before. There are no dress patterns this large.”
