Pistorius murder trial to continue

The murder trial of Oscar Pistorius is beginning its fourth week.

The prosecution has said it will wrap up its case against the double-amputee runner at the High Court in Pretoria this week after calling four or five more witnesses. The defence will then present its case.

Judicial officials say the trial will continue until May 16, with a recess in April.

Prosecutors allege that Pistorius fatally shot girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp before dawn on February 14 last year after an argument. Pistorius says he killed her by accident after mistaking her for an intruder in his home.
