A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was involved in a collision with a car in Dublin today.

A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was involved in a collision with a car in Dublin today.

The accident happened at around 12.30pm today on the N4 inbound between the South Circular Road Junction and Heuston Station.

Gardaí and the emergency services are at the scene and motorists are advised that the road has been closed.
