Lions/Brumbies: Healey saya Lions 'never gave up'
Man of the match Austin Healey has said the Lions "never gave up" during their match against the Brumbies despite stiff opposition from the hosts.
"We never gave up, despite some of the decisions not going our way," he said just after the Lions' dramatic 30-28 win.
He said his friend Charlie Fowler would now have to dye his hair red, having lost a bet that Healey would score two tries.
The man whose conversion kick won the match for the Lions - Matt Dawson - said the Lions had been "very disappointed" with their first-half performance, but added he never doubted the ream could win the match.
