One man dead after Co Westmeath car crash
A man has been killed in a road accident in Co Westmeath in the early hours of this morning.
Gardaí said that the jeep he was driving hit a ditch and overturned at around 3am.
No-one else was involved in the crash, which happened on the road between Rathowen and Legan.
It is understood that the victim, who was 25-years-old, is from the Rathowen area.
