Croke Park Agreement can deliver required changes: Four-year plan

The recently-agreed Croke Park agreement does not appear up for renegotiation, after today's publication of the four-year National Recovery Plan.

The recently-agreed Croke Park agreement does not appear up for renegotiation, after today's publication of the four-year National Recovery Plan.

The plan does address the need for reform across the public sector, but says: "These reforms can be achieved through the full implementation of the Transforming Public Services agenda facilitated by the Croke Park Agreement."
