Professionals take sheepdog courses to learn better team skills

A number of British business professionals are learning how to be sheep dogs to relieve work stress.

Chris Farnsworth, a shepherd in Wiltshire, is putting on courses to help improve communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

The workers are filmed rounding up a flock of sheep and the tape is then played back to them, and participants are then given a review of their performance.

Chris said: "This event helps groups of people, who work together on a paid or voluntary basis, to improve communication skills, increase confidence, enhance leadership qualities, be an inspiration to others - and have heaps of fun in the process."
