Watch this American footballer pop his dislocated knee back into place

This is not for the squeamish.

The Dallas Cowboys were beaten 19-16 by the New York Jets last night and the defeat topped off a bad night all round for their cornerback Byron Jones.

Jones dislocated his knee on a play but instead of seeking medical attention, he managed to pop it back in himself.

Ouch!

"It just felt stuck for a little bit,” he told the Dallas Morning News after the game. “I just straightened it out and it felt good.

“I didn't notice it was over to the side. I felt it stuck a little bit, so I just slowly straightened it and it just felt good from there.”
