Charice Lewis got a radio call from fellow subway employee Jacqueline Osorio, who was standing on the platform at North Station when she saw the woman tumble.

The woman, whose name was not made public, suffered cuts and bruises and was taken to a hospital for checks.

She told police she had been drinking.
