Man in critical condition after Derry hit-and-run

Police in the North have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with a hit-and-run that has left another man critically injured.

Police in the North have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with a hit-and-run that has left another man critically injured.

The victim, who is also 20, was hit by a car on the Glengallagh Road in Derry at around 3.30am.

He was taken to Altnagelvin Hospital, where his condition is described as critical.
