The Sam Maguire trophy is heading back to Kerry for 35th time today following yesterday's victory over Cork at Croke Park.

The Kingdom swept aside their old rivals 3-13 to 1-9 in a one-sided match that marked the first time two Munster sides have ever met in an All-Ireland SFC final.

Colm Cooper scored the first of Kerry's goals, with Kieran Donaghy hitting the net twice in the second half.

In the minor match, meanwhile, Galway were crowned champions after a last-gasp goal saw them beat Derry 1-10 to 1-9.
