Labour Party leader, Ruairi Quinn, has called on the Taoiseach to reveal the details of his involvement in the awarding of a controversial licence that is a part of the national stadium project.

Work is already begun on the National Aquatic Centre by the company who won the contract for the project.

Earlier this week it was revealed that the company was in fact a shelf company that does not appear to have the necessary resources to complete the centre.

Mr Quinn says that the story is becoming increasingly difficult to believe and has asked Mr Ahern to disclose the reasoning behind the awarding of the contract.
