Gardaí name Cork road death victim

The man who was killed in a road accident in Castletownroche , Co Cork in the early hours of this morning has been named.

The man who was killed in a road accident in Castletownroche , Co Cork in the early hours of this morning has been named.

He was 28-year-old Eugene Whealan F rom Annakissa in Mallow.

He was killed when his car veered into a ditch.

He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 3am.
