Man dies in Donegal road accident

A man in his 20s has died following a collision between a lorry and a car in Co Donegal last night

A man in his 20s has died following a collision between a lorry and a car in Co Donegal last night.

The accident happened at around 11pm on the road between Ballybofey and Donegal town.

The dead man was the driver of the car.

Gardaí said the road will remain closed this morning while forensic examinations are carried out.
