Celtic manager Neil Lennon says his sympathy goes out to Kilmarnock's Liam Kelly and his family.

Killie beat the Hoops 1-0 at Hampden in the Scottish League Cup final yesterday.

But the day turned to tragedy as Liam's father suffered a heart attack at full-time and died later in hospital.

Lennon said: "It makes my disappointment (at losing the match) pale into insignificance…I can only send out my condolences to him and his family."
