Irish campaigners organise Bush protest

Thousands of members of the Irish Anti-War Movement are due to travel to Hillsborough Castle in Co Antrim this afternoon to protest against US President George W Bush's war summit with British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Thousands of members of the Irish Anti-War Movement are due to travel to Hillsborough Castle in Co Antrim this afternoon to protest against US President George W Bush's war summit with British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

The IAWM said it expects 5,000 of its members to attend the protest, along with thousands of others from England and Scotland.

The protest is expected to get underway in Hillsborough at around 5pm.
