Mariah Carey wins lawsuit
A judge has ruled in Mariah Carey's favour in a case over her song Thank God I Found You.
Two songwriters were suing Carey claiming the song was a copy of their composition One Of Those Love Songs.
But US District Judge Christina Snyder said there was a "lack of melodic similarity between the two songs."
The judge did not find any "similarity in key, harmonic structure, tempo or genre" between the songs, the ruling stated.
