Price: I can prove I didn't cheat

Katie Price has vowed to take a lie detector test to prove she did not cheat on Peter Andre.

Katie Price has vowed to take a lie detector test to prove she did not cheat on Peter Andre.

The glamour model wants to prove she was faithful to the ‘Behind Closed Doors’ singer during their three-year marriage following claims she had strayed.

She told one friend: “I said I would take one once we are divorced.”

Katie – also known as Jordan – is planning a “divorce party” when their split is finalised in court.

The mother-of three is now dating cage fighter Alex Reid and publicly flaunted her new man while out with her son Harvey yesterday to rubbish rumours their month-long romance is already on the rocks.

The couple’s relationship hit a “wobble” over claims Alex was set to be embarrassed by allegations of improper behaviour during a holiday in Thailand.

Katie sent him a text message saying: “Dnt cm here (sic).”

Alex was terrified he had been dumped so bombarded her with phone calls and text messages until she eventually answered.

A source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “Katie usually texts Alex soppy messages with hundreds of kisses, but all he got was a three-word message. She was having a wobble.

“It hurt him because he has mothered her over the past few weeks and has got her through a lot of difficult days. He went over to her mansion – he has a set of keys anyway – and they patched things up.”
