Gardaí are seeking the public's help in identifying a man whose body was found on Rosses Point beach in Sligo earlier this week.

Gardaí are seeking the public's help in identifying a man whose body was found on Rosses Point beach in Sligo earlier this week.

The man, who is believed to be in his late 50s, was found dead just before 7am on Tuesday morning.

He was around 5' 10" in height, of slim build, with neat, grey hair.

The man's clothes were found nearby, but there were no personal effects.
