The FAI has announced a new tournament for the Aviva Stadium called the Dublin Super Cup which will see Celtic, Manchester City and Inter Milan compete in the inaugural competition.

The line-up will be completed by the Airtricity XI, a team selected from the best players from Ireland’s top domestic League.

Endemol Sport has teamed up with the FAI to create the pre-season competition.

The Dublin Super Cup, is scheduled for the bank holiday weekend of July 30 and 31.

Tickets start at €30 for adults and €10 for children when bought as part of a family package.

There are also a limited number of early bird tickets available in the category A, B and D areas of the stadium which offer a €5 discount off the full price.

Alternatively, a €10 discount is available to all fans that purchase tickets for both days.

To buy tickets, check pricing and further information, visit www.dublinsupercup.com. Fans should be aware that only one offer can be used at a time and a booking fee is applicable to all tickets purchased.

Celtic will all be using the tournament as an integral part of their preparation for the new season and, as such, will be bringing their full-strength first-team squad.

The competition will see the Celtic first team led by Neil Lennon visit Ireland to play against top class opposition for the first time in over ten years.

Lennon said: "I feel privileged as Celtic Manager to be able to take the first-team squad over to Ireland to play in the Dublin Tournament against some top-class opposition. Obviously the club has very strong ties with Ireland and with our massive fan-base there it promises to be a special occasion for myself, the players and the Celtic fans."
