O2 becomes official partner of Ryder Cup
O2 has become an official partner of the 36th Ryder Cup, which takes place at the K Club this year.
The mobile-phone operator has been an official sponsor of the competition since 2003, and has upgraded this arrangement to become one of six official partners.
O2 will be launching several exciting Ryder Cup initiatives over the coming months for both golfers and non-golfers all over Ireland such as Ryder Cup text alerts, Ryder Cup content downloads on O2 i-mode mobile phones, competitions for tickets to the Ryder Cup and many more promotional activities.
