Gardaí seek help tracing missing Cork man

Gardaí in Cork are appealing for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a 25-year-old man who has been missing since last week.

Gardaí in Cork are appealing for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a 25-year-old man who has been missing since last week.

John McManus, from the Wellington Road area of Cork city, was last seen in the Mayfield area on Thursday.

He is described as 5' 8'' in height, of slim build, with short, brown hair.

When last seen, he was wearing black tracksuit bottoms, white runners and a light-blue hoody.

He was also unshaven.

Gardaí say his family are concerned for his safety.
