Milan Baros bagged a hat-trick to secure a frantic victory for Liverpool against Crystal Palace at Anfield.

Baros, who took his goals tally for the season into double figures, won two penalties himself.

Baros netted his first from the spot after 22 minutes, only for Joonas Kolkka to equalise two minutes before the break, still leaving time for the Czech striker to reclaim the lead for Liverpool a minute later.

Palace fought valiantly throughout and equalised through a Dougie Freedman header before Baros won his second penalty in the dying seconds to clinch victory.
