Gardai have named a man who died in a two-vehicle collision on the Swinford by-pass in Mayo yesterday afternoon.

Gardai have named a man who died in a two-vehicle collision on the Swinford by-pass in Mayo yesterday afternoon.

Father-of-two, 39-year-old Martin Dolan from Bonniconlon, Ballina, died after his car was in collision with a jeep at around 1.30pm yesterday.

A passenger in Mr Dolan's car and the driver of the jeep were both injured. They were removed to Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar.
