Thousands expected for Teddy Bear's Picnic at Fota

Up to 3,000 parents and children are expected to turn out at Fota House in Cork today for a Teddy Bear's Picnic in aid of Barnardos.

Up to 3,000 parents and children are expected to turn out at Fota House in Cork today for a Teddy Bear's Picnic in aid of Barnardos.

The fundraiser for the children's charity kicks off at 2pm this afternoon, and promises a day full of fun with something for everyone.

Organisers are hoping that the event will surpass the huge success of last years.
