Gardaí in Limerick have arrested 10 people in connection with the death of a nightclub bouncer in the city two-and-a-half years ago.

Gardaí in Limerick have arrested 10 people in connection with the death of a nightclub bouncer in the city two-and-a-half years ago.

The six men and four women were arrested in different parts of the city in the early hours of this morning.

They are being questioned about the murder of 34-year-old Brian Fitzgerald, who was shot dead near his home in Corbally as he returned from work in November 2002.
