€200,000 worth of cannabis seized in Meath

Gardaí in Co Meath have seized cannabis with an estimated street value of more than €200,000.

Thirty kilos of the drug were discovered in Ratoath yesterday evening, when gardaí searched two vans in a carpark in the village.

One car sped away. The second was abandoned by the driver who managed to escape.
