Four people have been injured, one seriously, following a collision involving three vehicles, including a Garda car in County Kerry.

Four people have been injured, one seriously, following a collision involving three vehicles, including a Garda car in County Kerry.

The collision happened at an area called Brennan's Glen between Tralee and Killarney at around 7.50pm.

Killarney gardaí say four people have been injured and one of these is understood to be seriously injured.

They have been taken to Kerry General Hospital.

The road has been closed and diversions are in place at Farranfore village.
