Celtic and Rangers shared the spoils in the first Old Firm clash of the season at Parkhead.

Celtic and Rangers shared the spoils in the first Old Firm clash of the season at Parkhead.

Rangers took an early lead through Mikel Arteta in the sixth minute but Henrik Larsson equalised in the 39th minute to leave it all square at the break.

The Swede put the Bhoys ahead in the 53rd minute, but the celebrations had not even ended as Ronald de Boer equalised for Rangers a minute later.

Rangers then took the lead through Arveladze in the 75th minute, but Chris Sutton pulled Celtic back into the game three minutes later to salvage the draw.
