A tanker carrying highly flammable chemicals has overturned on the stretch of road near the Laois-Offaly border.

A tanker carrying highly flammable chemicals has overturned on the stretch of road near the Laois-Offaly border.

The accident happened on the Portarlington to Bracknagh road.

Traffic is now being diverted away from the area.
