Celtic have narrowed their losses after successfully defending the Scottish Premier League title.
For the year to June 30, Celtic have reported pre-tax losses of £2.97m (€4.72m).
This compares with a loss of £11.19m (€17.78m) in the previous year.
Turnover increased by 35.4% to £56.89m (€90.4m).
The club spent £14.62m (€23.23m) on buying players during the year.
Operating expenses increased by 25.2% to £51.52m (€81.86m).
This was mainly due to higher players' wages and the award of contract extensions to key players.
Celtic say they're keeping an "open mind" about discussions on structural change to the game within Europe.
