Impressive Dubai scorer Danuta is likely to take in the UAE Guineas and possibly the UAE Oaks before being campaigned at the top prizes in America, reports the Godolphin website.
The Sunday Silence filly saw off stablemate Ashraaf by seven and three-quarter lengths in the Moonshell Mile on dirt on Thursday.
The first two home were part of a four-strong Godolphin team but the other runners Loving Kindness and Lady Catherine were both out of the frame, finishing a distant fifth and sixth respectively.
“I thought Danuta put up a super performance and we are delighted. She is a very nice filly and has been working well,” racing manager Simon Crisford told www.godolphin.com.
“She had good form last summer in America so we were hopeful. We will consider the UAE Guineas and possibly the UAE Oaks and then see what she can do in America.”
Of Loving Kindness, he said: “We will have a good look at Loving Kindness but she seems fine just now. Clearly things were not right and she did not run up to her form of last summer.
“But she has got a fabulous pedigree and is worth a huge sum as a broodmare. Hopefully, we will get her back on the track in winning form.”
