The union IMPACT has submitted discrimination claims to the Equality Tribunal as the row over new rosters for cabin crew at Aer Lingus deepens.

The union claims the rosters impact women with families unfairly.

More flights have been cancelled today as a result of the row with thousands of people affected.

Bernard Harbour of IMPACT said the dispute could be settled by the Labour Court.
