Four fires in Wexford overnight

Firefighters from across County Wexford battled four separate fires overnight.

Firefighters from across County Wexford battled four separate fires overnight.

The most serious blaze was at Carley's Bridge in Enniscorthy where damage estimated at several million euro was caused at a furniture warehouse.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

A Garda technical examination is being carried out at the site.

Three other smaller fires were extinguished at a rugby club in Enniscorthy, a house in Wexford Town, and a car park in Ballymurn.
