Japan noodle fans get own museum

An instant noodle museum has opened in Japan.

The attraction has been set up to celebrate 40 years since the creation of the first version of the snack in the country, and it allows visitors to come and get a taste of the variety of the instant food and even make their own recipe at the My Cup Noodle Factory.

Giant instant noodle play areas have been designed inside the complex, which had a queue of 500 people when it opened, including the country's former premier Junichiro Koizumi.
