No compromise on smoking ban: Bertie Ahern
The Taoiseach has indicated that the Government will not compromise on the smoking ban.
The ban comes into effect on January 1 next.
Speaking at UCD this morning, Bertie Ahern said all world data clearly shows that passive smoking is damaging to people's health.
