FG criticises 40% rise in school transport charges
Fine Gael claims a rise in school transport charges is putting an unfair strain on hard-pressed families across the country.
After Easter, parents will have to pay €46 and €71 per week to have their children bussed to primary and secondary schools respectively.
Fine Gael TD Frank Feighan says this is an unreasonable rise of 40%.
