The Labour Party is to introduce a private member’s motion in the Dáil tonight demanding action by the Government on house prices.

Speaking about the motion this afternoon, party spokesperson Liz McManus accused the Government of failing to honour its housing commitments under the Sustaining Progress agreement.

"10,000 new houses were promised under the partnership agreement which still have not been delivered," she said.
