Tipperary county board secretary Michael O'Brien has called for a review
into the GAA's current disciplinary procedures in his annual report.
O'Brien is concerned with the inequity in bans being handed out and cited a
month's ban in July, for example, being far more costly than a three month
winter ban.
O'Brien argues: "Game suspensions or match bans are more realistic than the
current time suspensions."
