Searches carried out in Thomas Devlin murder inquiry
Police investigating the murder of a Catholic schoolboy in Belfast earlier this year have carried out searches in loyalist areas of the city.
The PSNI said a number of premises in the Mount Vernon and White City areas were searched yesterday and a number of items were seized for further examination.
The raids were carried out as part of the ongoing investigation into the murder of Thomas Devlin, who was stabbed to death while walking along Somerton Road with friends last August.
The PSNI has identified two young men who were seen walking a black-and-white dog as their prime suspects in the case.
