This adorable bulldog pup lost half his body - but he's still hanging on

Meet Bonsai - the bravest pup you'll ever see.

Bonsai is an English Bulldog who was born with several rare deformities - but he's not letting that hold him back.

The pup was born with only half of his spine, no pelvis and with tiny contracted hind legs due to multiple medical issues.

In June, Bonsai underwent an operation to remove both of his hind legs and is said to be doing well. A fundraising page has been set up to help pay for his everyday care at the animal shelter where he lives.

And you can check put more photos of Bonsai being his lovable self on his Facebook page.
