Church: 'Kiss-and-tell reveals nothing'

Charlotte Church is warning curious fans to steer clear of her ex-boyfriend Steven Johnson's kiss-and-tell book, because she claims it contains nothing new about her.

Charlotte Church is warning curious fans to steer clear of her ex-boyfriend Steven Johnson's kiss-and-tell book, because she claims it contains nothing new about her.

Johnson reportedly demanded a staggering $5.5m (€4.4m) from the singer if she wanted to stop the book hitting shelves next month.

But there appears to be no need - Church's mother Maria was thoroughly bored by the supposedly revealing publication, and insists her daughter has nothing to fear from the tame tome.

She says: "It hasn't come up with anything new."

However, she was surprised by Johnson's integrity regarding the former couple's steamy sex secrets: "He promised Charlotte he would never talk about their sex life and he has kept his word."
